About the School
Chief Paul Memorial School is part of the Lower Kuskokwim School District. The school currently has 190 students in grades K-12. The school currently employs a total of 34 certified and classified employees. The school is now being expanded to accommodate the expanding student population of Kipnuk.
Vision Statement
Chief Paul Memorial School will continuously
reflect upon and respond to the needs of all learners as we strive to
acquire the skills, attitudes and knowledge to be creative problem
solvers, reflective thinkers and caring citizens of a global community.
Chief Paul Memorial School’s purpose is to
provide the children, adolescents and young adults of Kipnuk with the
best educational programs possible. Through close coordination with the
State of Alaska and the Lower Kuskoskwim School District, CPMS has
taken a three-pronged approach to achieving this goal.
